Some of the highlights of this football card set of course include the key Steve Largent rookie card, as well rookie cards of former greats with some being hall of famers including Lee Roy Selmon, former Pittsburgh Steeler Mike Webster, Vince Papale (whom a Disney movie was based on), Harry Carson, Ray Rhodes, Archie Griffin, and Dave Casper.  Also, there is a fantastic yet still affordable second year Walter Payton football card in this set.  Some great vintage cards that are not rookies in this set but that are still significant include Roger Staubach, Terry Bradshaw, Lynn Swann, Jack Lambert, and a rookie card of Danny White.  There are more as well but those are some of the best.  The complete set in near mint to mint condition will probably cost you about $100-$120 or so on Ebay or close to it if you want a near mint or better set.  That would be a good deal to get one around that price as it is a solid investment for the long-term in my opinion.   The Tony Dorsett rookie card from 1978 Topps complete sets is also a fantastic rookie of the former Dallas Cowboys hall of famer who was a highly prolilfic rusher, and his cards are more affordable than Walter Payton's cards.
